Problem solved almost instantly - brilliant
Thank you Greg Harrison for helping me with a faulty radiator, he contacted the manufacturer and sorted out the new heating element promptly, very impressive - the whole process only took a couple of days.

Competitive prices. Clear website with technical details : I particularly like the 'do you want the basin to go with your vanity' feature. Makes it easy to get the whole kit and reduces the chance of errors.

One of my items was damaged upon arrival. I sent an email to customer services who responded within 24 hours. The item was out of stock, but they arranged to have it sent from a supplier, which occurred within 2 days. I was impressed.

The item was out of stock , and discontinued only found out after four weeks and chasing delivery . Did get a refund , but if I didn’t chase not sure I would have .
Absolutely no communication whatsoever
Absolutely no communication whatsoever. Is this a real company or one that just takes your money? I ordered an item which was in stock and said the delivery time was 2-3 days.
It is now 2 weeks later and all I have received is a an invoice for payment.
I have sent an email using their system which they say will be dealt with within 48 hours. I have had no response and that was a week ago.
I tried the online chat within the hours they say they are open and got a sentence back saying 'please contact us in within working hours'.
I then managed to find a phone number that I called and had a recorded message telling me to call back within their working hours. It was within their working hours.
What else can I do?

Trying to get issue resolved
Trying to get issue resolved, all customers can do is email! No phone number chat function poor. Placed order which contained clearance item ( was in stock) plus other items. Order confirmed some products on order arrive 3 weeks. I asked them to send item in stock & will pay extra delivery. Still trying to get this idea across through email. They are asking for order numbers that are provided in chat function & previous emails. Time consuming & frustrating - so far 1 week of back & forth. Not impressed.
Excellent customer care
Aaron at UK Bathrooms dealt with my queries in a professional and timely manner. This is a company who cares about customers and I strongly recommend them. They are a rare find.

Uk bathrooms don’t abide by their T&Cs
I bought an old London toilet seat that had been advertised by mistake as the brand was discontinued. The company took my money straight away but altered the website after realising their mistake of which I received an email.
I was promised a refund in a few days but now it’s over two weeks and after numerous emails they have still not refunded me up to date. Their T&Cs state a refund will be within 14 Calendar days so now they are breaking their own rules. The customer service is abysmal and feel like I’ve been treated with utter contempt.

Shower tray but no waste
Shower tray is great but no waste included in the delivery which was part of our order. Our plumber had to buy another one costing us time on the job being completed and money for the product and extra labour time. Not impressed.

Good for price and after sales
I'd shopped around for everything I required and this company almost always came out best on price. In fact for one item I wanted, I checked with another supplier, and they couldn't even get it at cost for the price. After sales was good. Had one minor issue, but resolved without hassle.

Ordered smaller items only, arrived slightly later than expected but wasn’t a problem, competitively priced, accepted a late return for a restocking fee, so overall good combination of price and service.

I very easy to use website
A very easy to use website and their prices were considerably cheaper than other on line stores we had tried. Their delivery is also free and you get to pick a delivery date. Some companies were charging £50 and giving a delivery date of 4-6 weeks away. My delivery should be here in 5 days, a day that suits me. Plus, plus all the way.
NO DELIVERY
NO DELIVERY! Requires a change with their courier! I ordered toilet paper holders a month a ago and I still could not receive them although I have rearranged delivery many times! They only say that they will deliver it tomorrow, but they never show up! And now, I want to cancel the order, but UK Bathrooms wants to charge me the delivery fee!!!! for a delivery that they failed to complete!
